Beyond guardrails
Content filters and policies are useful, but cannot compensate for excessive access, unclassified data or uncontrolled tool invocation. Security must limit possible impact even when the model fails or is manipulated.
Verifiable boundaries
Data, tools and actions require separate boundaries. Authorisation must be evaluated at the moment of use; sources must be traceable; component transitions must generate observable evidence.
Continuous evaluation
Prompt injection, leakage and tool abuse are not one-time tests. Adversarial scenarios, regressions and supply-chain changes require repeatable evaluation integrated into operations.
